Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via registered air mail with your signature required on pickup.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping fee is a fixed fee of 8,00Euros.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be discreet and special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes and elvelopes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Refund and returns

You may return your order for 30 days after purchase.
We only take back items in their original packaging in their perfect condition.
