Returns

We only take back items that have the original packaging. Especially DVDs have to have the original seal on them to be able to have it returned.

Delays and lost items

We send everything with regietered express mail to ensure the safe delivery.
In case you did not receive your order in 7-9 days please let us know along with your order ID
to investigate your case.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before your package is marked as "shipped"

If you cancel your order after we shipped it you must return it in their original packaging to be able to get a refund.
